At Sea State Coffee, we roast to order and ship fresh so you get the best-tasting coffee possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout. Please note that shipping times may be delayed during peak holidays or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Sea State Coffee is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the selected shipping carrier. This includes delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises after shipping, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. Please note: If you select a shipping option at checkout that ends up costing significantly more than the amount paid, we reserve the right to ship your order using a lower-cost service with a comparable delivery time. This helps us keep our prices fair and shipping sustainable.
