Shipping Information

We currently offer shipping in the United States, including FPO and APO addresses, as well as Canada. 

If your items are broken or damaged due to shipping mishandling we will replace your items and handle the claim.  However, YOU MUST hang on to the item that is broken until the claim is completed. UPS and USPS require the damaged goods to be retained and not discarded until the claim is closed. If the item was shipped via UPS they will want to speak with you and may require more pictures.

Please contact us as soon as possible about damaged items so we can get the process started. If it has been more than 60 Days since your item arrived broken, we will not be able replace it since it is outside the UPS and USPS claim window. 

If an Item is lost by USPS you can do the following:

  1. Ask neighbors if the received the package by accident and look around the mailbox area in applicable.
  2. Contact us at shipping@seastatecoffee.com to start a claim.

If an item is lost by UPS you can try the following:

  1. Call 1 (800) 742-5877 – Speak with customer service for a tracking update.
  2. Ask neighbors if they received the package by accident.
  3. Contact us at shipping@seastatecoffee.com to start a claim.
