Shipping Policy

We offer shipping throughout the United States, including FPO and APO addresses, and to Canada. Free shipping is not available for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Free shipping does not apply to subscription orders in the 20% discount tier. Shipping for these orders will be calculated at checkout.

We want to make sure your order arrives safely!
For $2.99, Shipping Protection covers your package in case of damage or mishandling during transit. If something arrives broken, we’ll take care of the replacement and handle the claim for you—no stress on your end.

If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, you’ll be responsible for filing and managing any claims directly with the carrier.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged so we can start the claim process. If it’s been more than 60 days from the mailing date, we won’t be able to replace it because it falls outside the UPS and USPS claim window.

Don’t throw away any damaged items until the claim is resolved. UPS and USPS require that the damaged goods be kept until the case is closed. If your order shipped via UPS, they may also reach out for additional photos or details.

Lost Package? Here’s What to Do:

USPS:

  • Check with neighbors and around your mailbox in case it was delivered nearby.
  • With $2.99 Shipping Protection: Email us at shipping@seastatecoffee.com and we’ll handle the claim for you.
  • Without Shipping Protection: You’ll need to file a claim directly with USPS here: USPS Claim Portal.

UPS:

  • Call 1 (800) 742-5877 for a tracking update.
  • Check with neighbors in case it was delivered to them by mistake.
  • With $2.99 Shipping Protection: Email us at shipping@seastatecoffee.com and we’ll take care of the claim.
  • Without Shipping Protection: You’ll need to file a claim directly with UPS.
